AVIRON 30-DAY RISK-FREE HOME TRIAL
We are confident that you are going to love your Aviron machine; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer new members the opportunity to try Aviron risk-free.
To request a return without being charged the restocking fee and return shipping, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@avironactive.com, pack the product(s) in their original packaging, and we will provide shipping labels. Once we receive the machine in good condition, we will issue you a complete refund.*

For orders eligible under our 30 day Risk Free trial; returns require the customer to disassemble the equipment, pack the product(s) in their original packaging, and we will provide shipping labels. Once we receive the machine in good condition, we will issue you a complete refund.*
White Glove service fees are non-refundable outside of the Risk-Free Trial period. Any claims related to White Glove delivery issues are subject to Aviron’s Warranty and Terms of Service, which exclude liability for third-party service handling and any associated incidental or consequential damages.
* Please note that you are required to drop the packages off at the nearest applicable shipping location. Should you be unable to drop off the packages, a pick-up can be scheduled for a fee.
**Should an order’s packaging arrive with shipping damage, please contact us at hello@avironactive.com and provide photos at the time of delivery.

For Aviron purchases made on our website that do not qualify for the trial offer, please read the "Standard Return Policy" section below. Note that if you purchased Aviron from another retailer, your return is subject to that retailer's return policy.
AVIRON STANDARD RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your Aviron product, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Only items purchased from our online store (avironactive.com) can be returned through this process.
Because of the size and weight of our products, we do not offer a refund for any shipping, delivery, or installation charges that you may have paid. Returns will be charged return shipping and an additional restocking fee of $250, which will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Aviron’s guarantee doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents, subject to the terms of our Limited Warranty. If your product is returned in damaged condition or with missing parts, you may be charged an additional restocking fee, at Aviron’s sole discretion.
Products must be shipped in their original packaging. Aviron is not responsible for shipping the product back. Aviron is also not responsible for shipping costs associated with product returns. Aviron is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

AVIRON MEMBERSHIP REFUND POLICY
Memberships are non-refundable*** and will be set to auto-renew unless canceled or modified within your user account. Memberships can be canceled or upgraded/downgraded at any time. After canceling your membership, you will have premium software access for the rest of your current billing cycle, or the option to end access 30 days from cancellation on annual plans.
***Customers qualifying for our risk-free return period will receive a full refund of their membership and machine purchased from avironactive.com once received and verified by the Aviron Team.
